The rate quoted is based on available information at time of reservation. Additional fees or surcharges may be applied at the time of rental, for example, if you add an additional driver or purchase any additional products.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

RENTAL TERMS
Any rental you make in satisfaction of this reservation will be made on the terms and conditions of rental of the Fortuna Rent a Car.

DRIVING LICENCE
All drivers (i.e. including any additional drivers) must present a full and valid driving licence at commencement of the rental, which they have held for a minimum of one year.

CREDIT CARD/ DEPOSIT
You must bring a credit card in your name. Only AmEx, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. A credit card deposit will be taken at the rental counter to cover reasonably anticipated charges that may be incurred during the rental, such as prolonging, refuelling and damage costs.

AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

CHANGES TO RESERVATION
If at the time of vehicle collection you wish to rent a larger car or rent for a longer period, you may do so, subject to availability, on payment of additional charges. Such charges will be quoted in Lithuanian currency (Litas) and may be at a higher rate than those previously quoted.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason you must telephone Fortuna Rent a Car number (listed below) and be ready to quote the information contained above in this Reservation Confirmation. Cancellation is not valid by any other method.

If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the date of this Reservation Confirmation (no later than 7 days before pickup date) a full refund will be made to you.

If you cancel your reservation after the 7 day period or later than 7 days before pickup, we reserve the right to make a Cancellation Charge of 50 € to cover our administration costs, which we will deduct from the refund we make to you.

NO SHOWS
If you fail to cancel your reservation prior to the Pick Up Time and do not collect the vehicle on the Pick Up Date, we reserve the right to make a No Show Charge of 60 €, which recovers our administration costs and compensates us for our inability to rent the vehicle when it was reserved for your use.

We will refund your prepayment, less the No Show Charge, if you write to us within 7 days of the Pick Up Date at Fortuna Rent a Car, K.Donelaicio 27, 44240 Kaunas, Lithuania, requesting repayment and enclosing a copy of this Reservation Confirmation.

EARLY RETURN
Please note that we are unable to give a refund if you return the vehicle early.

AVAILABILITY
All reservations are made subject to availability. We regret that we may not be able to supply the car class/group or additional equipment required. If we are unable to conform with your vehicle reservation, we will try to offer you an alternative vehicle in the next highest class/group, at no extra charge. WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH YOU INCUR WHICH WAS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE BY US, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGE, ARISING FROM OUR FAILURE TO HONOUR ANY PART OF YOUR RESERVATION.
